We do not just support mothers and families. We EMPOWER.
And we welcome the little new magical creatures in this world in this way they feel safe, trusted and empowered.
I truly believe in our nature, our own instinct. We should follow this and not allow the fears or judgments to overtake our pregnancy, birth, motherhood, family … and our life.
These words show what it means for true empowerment. It is one of my Ars Poetica :

What shall I say about myself...?
I’m mother of two – Emily and David (I’m enjoying the teenage years now)- and work as holistic counsellor - CFMW, creating awareness with articles, posts, support individuals, families.
My focus always was around children-mother, women's life and family. I have a point of view that if we "break" the "insanity" around the pregnancy, women, birth, that will to create great change in personal life, family life, communities and all over the world.

I learned at my astrology course that the beginning impacts the whole, that's why you can use the astroscop to know people's pathway in their life. You can use this for everything; your morning has impact on your day, ...and the birth is that point where you arrive on the Earth and this is a beginning too.
As doula I have chance to support and empower mothers and even their family. I show as much beauty as I'm allowed for the new creature and create a warm welcome here.
Doulas are there for mothers and babies to hold the space, to support connection as a bridge between the unseen worlds which opens up during the birth. We are there for the mother for empowering her to know what she already knows and welcome the new embodied being on the planet Earth.
We do this without expectations, separation, judgement and rejection just being there, perceive the energies, knowing and trusting, with total awareness and great allowance.
I’m sure there are so much great book there… I would show a tiny book with great power, simple words with full of powerful message not just for the new-borns….

The journey has already started and I’m here for you when the time has arrived for you.
It could be Before Pregnancy – to get pregnant -, During Pregnancy, at Birth and After the Birth till your baby is 3years old. THE RANGE OF SUPPORT IS WIDE WHATEVER YOU NEED; ASK!​
Let me share my poem with you ....Who am I / What I work? What is one word, sentence that can say this?
I am your tour guide, if you ask.
I will lead you through the dry desert,
and offer you cooling water.
I will go with you deep into the dense jungle
and light a warm fire.
I will climb the high rock with you
and hold the rope.
I will descend into the deep abyss with you
and hold the torch.I am your companion on the road, if you want.
I am your teacher on the road, if you want.
I am a student on the road, if you want.
I am a support on the road, if you want.
I am a torch on the road, if you want.
I am with you, and I will say goodbye,
if you want that too.
I am a mother, I am a partner, I am a human, I am a writer... I am EVERYTHING too.
I'm grateful to have a chance to be member of the Scottish Doula Network.
We are there each other, support each other, share the knowledge, wisdom.
And it is a honour to take part of the fantastic work of Doulas Without Borders network of volunteers, where we offer offering accessible, grassroots services to women and childbearing people experiencing multiple disadvantage and financial hardship during pregnancy, birth and early parenthood.
